Zero Compression
ZeoSync said its scientific team had succeeded on a small scale in compressing random information sequences in such a way as to allow the same data to be compressed more than 100 times over – with no data loss. That would be at least an order of magnitude beyond current known algorithms for compacting data.
Oh, now this sounds very promising. The true question is: how soon can they bring it to market? I'm sure someone will snap it up once it's been fully developed – and then they'll keep it from seeing the light of day. Who knows how many other products have fallen victim to the same game? Well, here's to hoping that the future will bring us stuff that certain companies may not want us to see.
