But computers are for kids but it needs to be controlled. One of the best things you can give a kid access to is a computer because we are becoming more and more dependent on computers in the workplace and giving a child access to a computer is one of the best modern life skills you can give to a child. I was so glad I was given access to a computer from around 6 or 7, and I was given my own computer when I was in Year 8 (2nd year of secondary school). I sent Chris an email yesterday. But computers are for kids but it needs to be controlled. Around age 15 i started making money online through advertising, programming, web development services, and hosting. I am now 20 and still spending most my time online. Back in my days of public school, everyone thought i was a genius/prodigy, but nowadays its becoming very commonplace for just kids to pick up on the latest technologies. I think its great! A lot of young people don't think about their future and wait 'till they are close to the end of high school. I waited too long to set goals and am now having to pick up the pace at the age of 28. I know too many young people that have no idea what they want to do with their life when they get out of highschool or even middle school. I know that sounds too young, but in my opinion, young people need to start thinking about their future as early as middle school. The few young people that have thought about their future and set goals are smart and really on top of their game. i know one dude that is 19 and already has his own telecom business that serves over 200 companies. It's people like him and psionicarchon that drive the tech world further and further in progress. Fresh minds with lots of ideas. Oh man, this kid is awesome!
