When I went to buy SPF with the coupon code I was offered there VIPRE® Antivirus + Antispyware for an additional $15, and it was worth it. It cleaned up my system properly from an infestation that many Antiviruses, Antitspyware, and Antimalware progams were not able to. It was the best $25 I’ve ever spent on software.

It’s for windows only……is the mac osx firewall good enough? Any suggestions for mac?

Further, if one of the local machines becomes compromised, if the malware has been well written, it can spread amongst the local network, so a firewall should be at least be seriously considered if you share a LAN with anyone. A NAT will not block incoming connections from local machines after all, since they are local and don’t need to traverse the NAT.

And you can get free licence for 4 years if you are home user (for home use its limited to 10 computers) – that’s at least how i got it.
The only down side is that my licence soon runs out. x(
