My very-accurate scale tells me that I'm now standing at 149 with a BMI of ~20! I'm finally moving past the '50s! I started at ~168 back on July 4th – htting a 600 aerobic calorie burn (plus 10 minutes of anaerobic activity) every day. I've still got ~10 pounds of fat to eliminate, so… send me your glycerol-melting vibes!

This is a very good scale. I purchased the same one today, but I forgot about your previous post. I guess I came upon the same conclusion: geeky scale + geeky consumer = satisfied geeky consumer.

That's awesome Chris, good job! I started at 260 in September of 2003 and I currently weigh 186. We should start a Geeks' Excercise progam. ;)

While the Tanita scales measure weight fairly well, don't count on them giving anything close to an accurate measurement of body fat. Check for local university studies on body fat … you can probably get paid to have grad students measure your body composition hydrostatically, which is the most accurate way to test body fat.
Congrats on the 149. That's awesome.
