Xbox 360 Questions?
Get 'em answered tonight on our show (1.888.PIRILLO or chris.pirillo@gmail.com). We've got Major Nelson coming in… who is (in real life) Larry Hryb. He's officially the “Xbox Live Director of Programming” in the Xbox Live product group, but he's more passionate about the Xbox than anybody else on the planet. I'm updating this entry after we had him on, largely because I want to let listeners know that we'll have the live show up in the archive very soon. It was back-to-back callers for almost an hour and a half this time. We hit a hot button with the Xbox 360! I pre-ordered mine this week, although I think I forgot to place an order for the A/B/G wireless extender. I'll have to pick up a wireless A router specifically for the Xbox 360 (to stream HD content over the air). I only pre-ordered a couple of games, though. I'll wait until the reviews come out before I get any others. I'm guessing that Burnout will be one of my favorite Xbox 360 games. We'll see… and we'll definitely have Major Nelson back on!

i recently bought an xbxo 360 off ebay. it did not come with the power supply cord and the guy will not sell them to me becuz he does not have them. my question is does the original xbox power supply cord match the xbox 360 ’s design ? cant find a 360 power cord anywhere on the planet.

I got a question, I have thp8 and it worked fine for about 3 weeks, than one day I put it in and it said to play this game put it in an xbox 360 console, got any answers.
P.S. There doesn’t appear to be a significant amount of scratches or any noticible scratches other than a couple small ones.

Sometimes when I turn on my xbox 360 I get the dreaded red ring. ( 3/4 The top left of the ring is off). If I unplug the 360 then plug it in again it starts up fine and works normally. The power brick shows green, and the hard drive is in correctly.
It only seems to happen if the 360 is left for a long period of time (8-12 Hrs)
Anyone else have this problem?

My lcd tv will not play in color when I play the xbox 360, but the color is fine when the xbox is turned off to watch cable. Any ideas?

I have got a question are the Xbox 360 Hard Disc Drive universal? For example if i got an Hard Disc Drive from the USA would it work on my uk 360.

I have a 360 core system and a 64mb memory unit, i want to go on xbox live but alot of people ive talked to said i needed to get a hard drive to go online…i am not going to download any demos or anything in that matter, i am just going on to play with frineds.

Every time I try to recover my account (bedacuse it was corrupted) or join xbox live again, an error message pops up that says “COULD NOT START GAME. PLEASE DOWNLOAD GAME AGAIN.” and I don’t know what to do please message me.

Everytime i put a game in the machine it tells me i need to put the game in the xbox 360 consule. Can someone tell me why it does this and how i can fix it so i can play my games?

Yes u can play regular xbox games on a 360. some work some dont and u might need an update to play certain xbox games. and josh, usually the reason why that screen comes up is that the disc is scratched and the console cant read it. If it says that for more than 3 discs i would send your xbox in to microsoft. The red lights are the red ring of death at microsoft it costs $140 fot them to fix it . my 360 gamertag thing is all messed up. i tried recovering it many times and all it keeps on telling me is that “this gamertag is temporary unavailable”. and i cant get into any off line saved stuff at all.

Can I use The xbox 360 controller for xbox games on my xbox 360.
you have to have an update on the console to play original xbox games on the xbox 360 but can I still use the xbox 360 control instead of the xbox controller?
