Wrapping Presents

We've got a present wrapping party goin' on over here. How do I prefer to wrap presents? I don't. I'll buy a big bag or pay someone else to wrap presents. Wrapping presents takes too much coordination, and I either end up with too much or not enough wrapping paper for any particular gift. I'm a big fan of the “cram as many gifts into a single box and then wrap just one box” school of wrapping. Around here, I'm the DJ – she's the wrapper. Thank goodness for wrap-friendly friends like Joz and MC, who have offered to lend a hand tonight. We're They're wrapping toys and listening to gift wrapping music – Christmas carols!

I've put a few links for gift wrapping help online, too.

Around here I am the gift wrapper! My roommate does not wrap gifts, so I wrap hers and mine.

I'm with you on that one Chris. My secret to wrapping presents is to jam stuff in a Wal-mart sack, then keep wrapping new Wal-mart sacks around it till you can't see what is inside.

I haven't wrapped a present for at least 15 years. That's what gift boxes are for. I put on a gift tag & sometimes a stick-on ribbon. I'm all thumbs & can't be bothered trying to actually wrap something.

I suck at wrapping presents even though i am the “artistic” one in my family!

I actually love to wrap presents and was considering starting my own “small” wrapping business. And I was just wondering how much people would be willing to pay to have someone wrap their gifts for them. I would even pick up and deliver. Thanks!!
