You must first purchase the Microsoft Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows. You can purchase this at most retail stores, including GameStop and Wal-Mart for $19.99. This will allow you to use your wireless Xbox 360 components with your PC. This means wireless controllers, headsets, steering wheels and the like. After you purchase the device, install the CD that comes with it first, and then hook it up through an open USB 2.0 port on your PC. After this, tap the white sync button on the receiver, and then hit the sync button on the wireless device. After it syncs up, you are free to use that device with your computer!

In my opinion, the Xbox360 wireless controller is about as close to perfect as a gaming controller can get. Its design is just nice. Again, all you need is that Wireless Gaming Receiver, and you’re good to go.

first comment and rating and favorite and cool controler

I don’t want to start a big war between mac and Pc, but I think the 360 is nothing but a original xbox painted white with wireless controllers and good graphics.
The only thing I like about the 360 is the main menu “dashboard.” I think that has to be the best thing about it.

If you saw the specs for the 360, you would think different.

umm i like the wii the wii

…if it has new controllers, better graphics(because of a very big leap from the original xbox), then it’s not exactly an xbox painted white :3

i have both the reciver and controller and yet i cant get the two to hmmm there like fire and water put the two togeather and some thin is gana go out :p i wish i could use my ps3 controller on the pc why bc i like the way it feels i like the button layout

i use the madcatz 360 controller on xp but on games like gta the x axis doesnt work….
It works on all my emulators though

ye, their not bad but you need people to play it with or it just sucks balls.

does it show as a joystick in you control panel?

you need better drivers then,
try googling xbcd

that should do it

Chris, you made my day then by using my idea, and you made my day today when I saw this on youtube.

I will post a video comment later, with my headset.

Oh, another tip to add ontop of this, is that it’s eltra easy to sync the headset back to the xbox 360 after syncing it to the computer.

HALOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!, lmfao

I bought a wired 360 controller for my laptop/computer. Best way to play my SNES/GBA/N64/etc. roms. ControlMK also allows you to use it as a mouse with programmable buttons. I have start and select for next track in Windows Media Player 10 and L+R for volume.

Does anyone know if the XBox360 controller keyboard add-on works with PC as well? I’ve been contemplating getting a controller ( I don’t own an XBox360 at all, but I’d like a keyboard/controller combo) but I have no idea if this even works. Several google searches have turned up nil as well.

lol i hate it when people(like you) get thumbed down for no reason.

lmao i love it when I thumb down people (like you) for no reason.

wtf is ur problem? noob. you just got reported.

-.- thats my point dumbfuck

I’ve been using the 360 controller on my comp for a couple weeks now actually and the plug and play kit helps lol.

One thing I noticed is in your description you talked about the headset. Does it work with the receiver? Because you never actually talked about the headset in the video lol. I’d be quite happy if you got back to me on this.

I’m a big rpg geek and I play FFXI with my controller. And using the headset would be a major plus.

but you cant tell some people, they are happy sounding ignorant…go figure eh *shrug*

What Do You Think?
