I was using WPA2 but I could not get online with my PSP-3000. When I changed my settings to WEP, no problem . I have a Linksys WRT 160N router maybe that is the problem because with my old router (Linksys WRT 54G) I was able to use WPA2 and still get online with the PSP.Any thought/suggestions?

I really preffer to use WPA2, but my Nintendo DS does not handle WPA/WPA2. so i've to use WEP.

But i use MAC adress authentication and i've changed the login/password of my AP. i know that's unsafe, but is the best that i can do right now (until i sell my NDS and buy an iPod Touch)

I notice it says that WPA has also recently been hacked. Is this only for WPA or is WPA2 effected also?

I just installed my first wireless router and was told how bad WEP was now-a-days. My router is set up in WPA standards now, so I guess its not as bad, but still vulnerable?

Anyhow, I have yet to learn more about Wireless Fidelity and its advantages / disadvantages.

wow, it's so interesting to find out about XOR. I sure would hate for people who are local gaining access to my Router. I guess I should switch to WPA! Thanks for the tip and the heads up!
