As a recent subscriber to your podcasts (friend recommended your site to me when I mentioned that my laptop crashed), I have been happy with the content up to this point, but this video really made my week. My Vista has done that to me a few times, I'm still not sure what's causing it...but seeing someone else go though it the same way I do just seems to make life a little easier.
