Its developers completely misjudged the average user's conception of the joy of using a computer. He wants to go where he wants to go and do what he wants to do with a minimum of interference from the system, not be contantly tripping over niggling system roadblocks, cosmetic trickery, and totally unnecessary mouse clicks. Vista is bloatware at its finest. It is probably the most expensively colossal failure ever of a development project. Only the Federal Government could have botched the job worse. I accidentally hit CTRL Z in Internet Explorer and it errased like two paragraphs of text.. that I can't get back.
