[...] The problem, most particularly in the early days of Vista, was that updates would be installed automatically when one’s system powered down, and then the next time you booted up, the PC sometimes wouldn’t work properly. There was a particularly nasty glitch, right after Vista was released, where you’d reboot from an update and your PC would ask you to reactivate Vista. (This was quickly fixed.)
Only the ideea of Windows Update stink. Maybe once in a while... 2-3 times per year it could be OK, but weekly it means it is a bad job! I have a good antivirus and I am not afraid of "security" and not only... updates. I did not make them, except some with exceptional reasons!

Yes It's true, I am having many challenges from our customers. They are having different problem after windows update. Such as , one of the user on Win XP Prof is unable to boot up after windows updates. another user is having probelm internet explorer, rest of the user had a problem crashing , re-booting and blue screen error. the solution for 2 users , did re-store system in earlier dates. still trying to get back which is not bootingup . any solution will be highly appreciated. so that I can be safe from re-build up.

Cheers!
