I currently have MMJB—which I paid $50 for a lifetime of upgrades back in 2000-ish—only to find Yahoo took it over and it sucks now. I also have iTunes and have tried many others. ALL I want to do is manage my music and occasionally by a song or two. I ping-pong back and forth with them and couldn't decide which one to STICK with. I am downloading WimAmp now thanks to your strong opinion of it, and hope I can finally settle down and enjoy my freaking music! LOL! I'll let ya know. :)
I watched TechTV religiously back in the early years of 2000 and LOVED it. I hate that it is no longer. I especially loved the episode when you could NOT stop laughing because you burped??!! Loved it! Thanks for all your help. Then....and now!
Now if I could only figure out what this RSS stuff is, and how to use it! LOL
Any suggestions?

Thank you! For audio, Xion uses about 0.5% of processor time and 11MB memory and it has it all (skins, visualizations, plugins).

GOM player is very good all-round player with almost every needed codec included.
