When the scale is 1.0 – 5.9, a 1 point drop is pretty significant in my opinion.

My Vista Experience Index is 3.1
If all of a sudden it goes down to 2.1, I, and any normal person, would be unhappy.

I don’t worry about the Index rating right now. I just think it’d be useful to help me figure out what to spend money on improving in the future.
