Data Migration (Windows Vista to XP)

http://live.pirillo.com/ – Windows Vista sometimes doesn’t work as well as Microsoft wishes it would, and users often find themselves in a position to revert back to Windows XP. But, if you already have data on Windows Vista, how do you get that data back to XP?

Chris highly recommends that you manually migrate your data – largely because more utilities have been written for migration TO Vista, not FROM it..

Do you have any suggestions for migrating from Windows Vista to Windows XP – other than backing up before upgrading in the first place?
