I use Dimio Tools on XP. It has almost all these features and more. Freeware.

windows vista is like windows ME and windows SE7EN is like windows XP..it is really that good

I’m particularly fond of the ability to search open handles for all processes or specific ones. This is great for finding who has a file locked or a DLL loaded unexpectedly.

I hope this doesn’t sound wrong, …. but i have notice that 7 is getting massive media attention, is it because you get paid to publish by MS or is it really that good?
