I rarely watch television except for weekends, and by doing that i miss the popular shows. So what do i do? I watch it online of course. All the newscasts, sports shows, shows, all of it is available online. The Internet also connects you to the stories that happen on the television. In fact the Internet brings you information on whats happening in the world faster than the news does on television. So yes, i believe that internet would be my choice if i had to choose.

Although the quality of internet service needs to be improved, i do think that the internet is the future of entertainment. But I do agree that there really isn't a need for cable anymore. As long as you have Internet service you can watch any of your favorite shows, and Youtube is very entertaining too! LOL! Feel free to stop by & check outsime of the Youtube posts I put up.

Seriously, though, there's a lot of non-Hulu sponsored content on there that interests me too. I just wish Comcast would do more with it.

Fancast, or as I like to call it, “Borrowed from Hulu”. I'll have to try out Fancast. When I move out on my own [still 19 and live at home], I plan on only using a computer to watch TV. It's cheap, free in most cases and alway great quality if you can get it on an LCD HD tv with DVI hookups.I also like to use Windows Media Center on Vista with a USB TV hub. The ASTC [HD broadcast over the air] is excellent quality too. There are so many choices out there for television online. This was good. Got my attention. 8^)

Great post by the way.

I am a big fan of Livestation for Mac.
