Hey,
This looks like a great device for GPS and I think HP has really been coming through with there products, first the HP Touch Smart: it is great, and now with this. I am a huge Mac fan and I have 4 Macs and I still think the HP Touch Smart is great. The only thing that I have question about for this product is if it requires internet. Does run off satellite like a normal in the car GPS system or does it require internet. Nice review Chris.

Edit for comment above.

I have a iPhone (first generation) and was thinking about getting the iPhone 3G mainly because of the GPS (also the faster data). GPS was something i always wanted. my current iphone has a feature that is close to GPS but not quite GPS. it uses cell towers and wifi hotspots to triangulate your location. I find myself using this feature more and more... Its a really great substitution for GPS. I guess i'll have to deal with this until i upgrade.
