Does anybody know where Gretchen is? She said she was going to the store a little while ago, but I didn't think she'd be gone this long. She was talking about going out to dinner with another couple, but I have yet to hear of any details. She kept saying that she had some kind of sushi coupon. What about sashimi? And the California rolls? Will those food items be full price? And who keeps moving my chair?

Did I look too white on TV today? I used a lighter shade this time around. Everyone was saying that I looked too orange with the other stuff on. I don't want to walk around looking like I just fell out of a Shake & Bake bag, so I'll have to find some other color combination. I'll catch the rerun in a few hours (which should be entertaining in and of itself). Wow. Every segment went haywire, yet the show flowed pretty smoothly. How the hell did that happen? Ah, the magic of live television.

I'd tell Gretchen about it, but she's still not back from wherever she went. And she either turned off her cell phone or left it here at the loft. She's not answering. No matter how many times I've tried calling, she doesn't pick up. Let me try again to see if… nope. She's not picking up.
