Why isn't there any RSS feeds of gas prices? All the iPhone gas sites are now dead, too--what gives? Can someone give us a good gas price tracker for the iPhone?

Actually, it's best to check all of the gas websites listed (time permitting) as each one is not complete and up to date all the time. MSN Autos is good and pretty thorough as it's prices are not updated by volunteers but it's only updated once a day or so. GasBuddy has very few listings for rural areas (it's usually for the whole state) but does give you points for entering prices, etc. It also has cellphone lookup and price entry (for web-enabled phones).

BTW-$2.99/gal. avg. (as of 5/22) for Southeastern Va.

I live in the rural backwaters of SE Ohio (the forgotten quarter of the state) and the price for regular is 3.29. I recommend gasbuddy.com to locate the best prices in your area. Volunteer spotters submit local gas prices (you could be one yourself) and post them for the benefit of others.

It's not that bad in my neck of the woods (Greensboro NC) @ $2.89 for 87 and about $3.10 for premium. Time to buy a hybrid I guess.
