Im very picky at keyboards too. Ive used the Dell slim keyboard or whatever you call it but it broke down around a year or so. So first keyboard set i got was the Logitech s510 package. It was horrible because the mouse was inaccurate the keyboard lagged event though i liked the design, next was the Microsoft 5000. Pretty good took out a good amount of space on my desk but like 2 months later mouse started acting up so i returned it. That ended my wireless journey. Next in line was the logitech wave, i ended up using it for a week and returned it because it sucked typing was awkward because it just felt something that was totally new and different. After that was the microsoft curve 2000 which i would say is one of the best keyboards ive used because its quiet it has laptop key but it doesn’t rip off. Only con thing about it is it lacks an arm rest and that is why i plan to return it today at walmart, hopefully they will let me because i don’t have the box but only have the receipt. Ok to today i am using the newest model of the g15 keyboard. So far been using it for 2 days and its excellent. It has an arm rest which makes typing comfortable, led lights, lcd screen,way enough programmable keys for my usage since im not a hardcore gamer that needs like 30 keys to program just for games. Only thing is that it takes up fairly around of space so i have the keyboard on top of the desk instead of the keyboard tray which i don’t have problems which besides sometimes eating but i can tun my chair and eat at the table. So as for keyboard i would recommend the g15 to anyone’s use because its one hell of a good keyboard not just for gamers but for anyone.

Oh this is an easy decision for me the Logitech g11 is perfect for me I am a casual gamer and a geek. so I use the hotkeys to have compiz’s special effects. BTW that is a very sleek keyboard you chose!

my fravorite keyboard is the logitech g15 v1
dont like v2 because has less g keys

My favorite keyboard has to be the Thin Apple keyboards. I have both the wired and wireless versions. I use them on both my macs and my windows machines at work and at home. I love the response from the keys and the short distance that you are required to push in order to type.

I have an huge, old Dell AT101W. I call it “the clacker”. This baby’s LOUD!! Each key clicks on the way down, and on the way up. Love that machine-gun sound when I’m going full speed. It’s so solid I could beat you all to death with it and then neatly type out my confession – Love spreading the sunshine :)

yah the screen really helps ingame… u can tell wat time it is and u can tell wats the fps computer performance and the g keys are nice and all the keys are backlight making it easy to read at night and i got mine for $50 at circuit city after rebate so yah…

My favorite keyboard are the ones that I don’t feel a great sense of loss if one of the kids spill something on it.

My kids found a way to destroy a “virtually indestructible” keyboard. The $9.00 one that we had bought 2 years ago, still works. Go figure.

The best keyboard I have ever owned, would have to be the one I am using right now, the Microsoft Internet Keyboard. It’s comfortable, the keys have a nice and natural tactile response, If you spill your coffee on it, it’s not the end of the world, the liquid will drain out the bottom. you can also take it apart and clean it easily.

Best of all, it’s one of the cheapest keyboards out on the market.

Love my Logitech G15, the LCD screen is programmable, but really is just fluff.

Love the Saitek’s Eclipse II, the backlighting and colours and mashability are awesome.

But mainly, my MOST FAVOURITE keyboard has to be the On Screen Keyboard, built into Windows. It never breaks, batteries never run out, never have to get up when on the couch to find a real keyboard. Teaches good mouse pointing skills. (good for those mine sweepers out there). Sure, ok, it may be slower.

The old NORTHGATE OmniKey Ultra was my keyboard of choice for well over a decade — alas, this winter I staticked it to death just walking by it on a winter day and touching it by accident. There is a company which makes equivalent replacements for something like $150, and I will have to look into this when I get my round tuit.

A good, solid, tacticle keyboard is a thing of beauty and a joy forever — a cheezy, chintzy, floppy one is an abomination and a hissing!
