After using mobile phones for well over 14+ years or more now, what drives me nuts is the standard Verizon, At&t, Tmobile etc. 1+ minute on your bill every time voice message telling you how to leave a voice message. Doesn’t every air breathing form of life older than 12 months know how to do this?

I hate when you call every place and their always machine it would be a lot easier if there was a person on each phone line

I find it annoying when you have the voice command and it hears you incorrectly

It can be so akward when you run out of things to say. It’s so much easier to say “gtg” in chat thank to try and end a phone call!

Nothing frustrates me more than getting a machine instead of a human when calling a number. I can’t stand going through 10 menus to talk to a real person. It’s something that needs to be changed.

The hold time, all the prompts, and sometimes never reaching an actual person is what bothers me the most.

The most annoying apart of Phone Calls to companies is being on hold for like 45 minutes. Then the person coming on you ask your question then “We need to transfer you to someone else” “Please hold” for 45 more minutes Hey thanks. You get on takes them like 3 minutes to give you your answer.
