Chris, you're recommending a discontinued camera.

You can only find it used or refurbished at a couple sites.

In the vido you said that the camera is not good fro security. now you said that this is because it does not have a time stamp on the video. Now would it be possible to put a time stamp on the video or would that completly out of the question?

Personnaly I use 3 Axis 207W and I am very happy with them, they are robust and never crash (so rarely).

They have made a new version called M1031-W that include H.264, bi-directionnal audio and integration of passive infra-red detector coupled to a LED light, and price is lower than 207W.

The integrated infra-red motion detector will certainely be more efficient that standard "motion video detection" that can be easily facked by a sudden sun/cloud light movement.

207W or M1031 uses CMOS video captor that is cheaper than CCD but video quality is still very good even in rather low-light conditions.

Price is not as low as other products but quality is here.

Chris, I followed your link to Amazon. Amazon referred me to other sellers.

The other sellers only had used or refurbished models.
