The rebate will not stimulate the economy due to gas prices. Our economy is stuck in a downward spiral that will not get better because of it. The price of regular unleaded gas yesterday was 3.399, this morning it was 3.499. We can't go on at this pace. Everything is skyrocketing due to fuel prices. My lowest electric usage of the year still cost me $233 after all the rate hikes and fuel cost adjustments. We are all screwed. Thanks, Bush!
