Convert pictures to different formats and it even opens up .psd files and digital camera raw images. It's very nice and it even comes in a portable version.http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm

This honestly in my opinion is better and does what i need it to do. I have CS3 and I have been working with graphics for about 5 years now, I have been trying very hard to make a career out of it. Photoshop allows for almost ALL types of work with photos and whatever else you use it for. It is a seamless form of photo design, and I love it, I truly do.

Honestly, I am a Photoshop user. Title says it's viewer but is lot more than that. You can enhance image colors, gamma, brightnes,..., rotate, sharpen, blur, crop, make customized wallpapers, before-after review the results, batch convert with advanced options (my favourite), batch rename, folder-tree organized search, keyboard shortcuts, and lots of lots of other useful stuff.
Developer webaddress, details and download:

It makes use of your graphic card, and the more the RAM, the better.I already told you about that program some time ago.Regards,Pedro

Great programs for Windows?
