I'm tired of installing software all the way to the end, just to find out its a timed trial, and I gotta buy it. warnings are nice. ( i prolly wasn't paying attention when/if you said it lol)

Spiceworks works well for LANs. LogMeIn IT Reach works great for remote support. And Velcro is nice for managing cables (bet you didn't see that one coming did you?). LifeHacker had a poorly done survey that indicated LogMeIn as the overall winner in Remote Access Support Tools.

David/Anchorage

BTW...I've researched WebEx, TeamViewer, VNC (various flavors), GoToMyPC, GoToAssistExpress ... I liked LogMeIn best because of pricing and the included tools in the LogMeIn IT Reach product.
