Sometimes when I review an iPhone App, I tend to groan just a bit inwardly. There are just so many, you know? But this one just makes me smile. It’s no wonder the name of it is Smiles. It’s actually three games all wrapped into one fun time. You’ll find Zen, Drop and Avalanche.
SMILES is three great games with 14 different game modes. Created for players of all skill levels, the games are designed NOT to pressure you in to acting before you’re ready. Play at your own pace. Experienced players don’t have to wait. You can make moves right away! Extend combos and score big!
- DROP is inspired by games like Bejeweled and Tetris. Make matches, break Ice and Rocks to score points. Twist your way to high scores with REAL GRAVITY!
- ZEN is inspired by games like Solitaire and Mahjongg, with the depth of Sudoku. Light up the board to win.
- AVALANCHE consists of the Drop style of play, but every new piece that falls is frozen. As the avalanche slowely creeps down the screen, your job is to match up regular pieces with the frozes ones to clear them out.
There’s nothing about this game not to love. It has extremely slick animations, very clean graphics, awesome art style and colors, and fun menus. This game is fun for kids of all ages, even ones as old as I am!
