We also went to several state parks, and saw lots of moose. It was in the winter, so we didn't go camping or river rafting or kayaking. It was also during the time I had a broken leg, and that sort of stunk on the cruise. One thing I see you don't have is that if you have the money, you can go up in a plane around the mountains. The best place to do this is Talkeetna. That was one of the most unforgettable and absolutely amazing experiences I've had in my young life. Where the temperatures have been known to be as low as -50F. If I was to go to Alaska, id definitely take a cruise, they look absolutely gorgeous from what I have seen.
