For classical, almost anything by Mozart. Neurobiological research has demonstrated that Mozart's music reaches right inot the pleasure centers of the brain. For vocal, the first album by Take Six, which is literally, making a joyful noise unto the Lord. And, older person that I am, whenever I hear the Beach Boys, my day gets brighter. That helps keeping me occupied and happy. If I'm too tired to practice, I'll plug in a DVD or BD movie and watch it on my 42 inch HD LCD TV. By doing so, I get to remember to count my blessings.
