Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and I can’t help but reflect on what I’m thankful for. It’s easy for me… I’m most grateful for all of you – the community. Thank you for watching the videos, for joining the chat room, and for reading my blog. Thanks for subscribing to my Facebook and Twitter. Thanks for just hanging out, and talking tech with us!

Wicket is happy, because I have a plate of food on my desk. I spent minutes slaving away in my kitchen to make what I feel is the perfect Thanksgiving feast: toast, pretzels, jelly beans and popcorn! Yes, I’m eating like Charlie Brown. And speaking of Charlie Brown and Thanksgiving… the popular cartoon is available free online through Fancast!! Even if you don’t own the DVD like I do, you can still watch from the comfort of your computer chair as you nom your turkey day goodies!

What is your favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner? What will you be cooking up and eating this year? Even if you’re not from the US, you can still answer this next one! What are you thankful for?

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Most of the time we have traditional foods. Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Pumpkin Pie. Sometimes we have some untraditional foods, but mostly we stick to the same foods every year. Favorites like Sweet Potatoes, Deviled Eggs, perhaps some veggies, not including what’s roasted with the turkey.

Most importantly, though, we’re having family over to eat with us. Can’t get any better than that.

All I’m having this year is pizza :P It’s actually what I’ve been having for Thanksgiving dinner for the past few years. I was just never that big on the whole big cooking thing, so I would just pop a pizza in the oven, share it with my mom, and call it a day. We also don’t even have anybody over (most of the people we know do the same thing as us), so it’s all good.

I am thankful for many things, though. I’m thankful for my entire family (parents, siblings, cousins, etc., because they all have done good things for me over the years and I love them all), my friends (because they’re awesome, and I love spending time out of town with some of my closest friends), the roof over my head that my parents work hard for (because it’s getting chilly here in Chicago, and it’s raining right now, too), my parents working hard in these tough times to keep us all afloat, my teachers in high school (for being the friendliest, most helpful teachers I’ve ever known), and the wonderful world wide web (for helping me with lots of projects, giving me knowledge on things that I haven’t learned in school, and for giving me many different ways to express myself, whether it be blogging, photography, commenting, or videos). I’m sure there’s much more I’m thankful for, but I think I’ll leave it at this for now :)

Happy Thanksgiving!
