It pre-dated Konfabulator by about 2 years (1.0 released in 2001), and from version 2 allowed the creation of stand-alone "gadgets", which don't need a runtime to work.I agree though that widget/gadget design on anything other than Dashboard sucks, I guess designers aren't keen to venture into the Windows-based widget platforms... it's a shame, really Nice clip Chris, but how could you not mention DesktopX?
