I personally prefer XS Energy Drink.
Most people have not heard about it, because it is not sold in stores. Only available online or through a distributor (what they cal an IBO). They probably have the widest variety of different flavors (currently about 12) and constantly adding new ones. Also very healthy and no- addictive. I’ve been thinking about energy drinks, but haven’t tried any. Your article is very helpful because I prefer first-hand reviews from people.

I am, however, concerned about the possibility of caffeine. I have to avoid caffeine because it really messes up my sleep.

Last week I had a liter of Mountain Dew, and couldn’t sleep for 24 hours.. Then I crashed, big-time.

I personally prefer Rockstar (original) or Crunk… I’ve been wanting to try Brain Toniq for awhile now, but the Whole Foods near me doesn’t stock it.

Also, Red Bull Cola is interestingly amazing, but has a taste I feel many will dislike.

I don’t think you can group all the different variants from one brand in to one. I drink the Monster M-80 which is completly different then all the others made by Monster. For one thing it’s 80% juice, the highest juice content of any energy drink to my knowledge. Taste great and will kick you ass.

What no mention of Red Line that has warning labels posted all over the cans? Then again everyone seems to focus on what you can find in your local grocer. My choice is Phix Reload. Gets me through the day without a crash and more natural than many other energy drinks.

Do you guys not have ‘Relentless’ in the US? It’s a drink Coca-Cola sells in the UK that’s like a cross between Rockstar and Red Bull.

It’s the most tasty I’ve found.
