And it's sort of neat that the guy keeps making and posting new sequences for running and exercising. He sets them at different numbers of beat per minute so you can go for the burn or take it easier. And I find that this metronome makes it easier to keep my speed up on the machines or when walking.”

Thanks for all the tips! I am trying to lose 20 pounds in by the end of August. I am going food shopping for my new lifestyle tomorrow and I am definitely going to get that Laughing Cow cheese and the Sara Lee whole grain white bread.
