I recently switched from LogMeIn Rescue to Techinline, which is a fraction of the price. It’s very easy to use since nobody has to install anything: your client just goes to a page where they get a number which they tell you and once you punch it in, that’s the connection! From what I’ve seen, that’s as easy as it gets. Lacks a couple of features though

proxy server will get you ban i had 1 install on my network and it ban me use it for when im over sea as thailand ban youtube and such things need 1 but a simple email to suport and i got the thing fix

We use NetSupport Manager, it’s a great product, not free, but way better than most Remote Control products I’ve used.

If you want to tunnel through to your home machine from work, I use UltraVNC using a MSRC4 encryption plugin. Screw gotomypc or logmein!

It has Windows, Linux and MAC OS X installations available for download

I use Synergy ( took long to figure out, but I LOVE IT ) , and ultraVNC ( open source ) Dameware. also I like Radmin best. You have to pay for Radmin, but worth it.

If you just want to share one keyboard and mouse across multiple machines (desktops, laptops, etc) – then Stardock’s Multiplicity (or Multiplicity Pro) is the best choice I’ve found.

I use it at home and at work and really couldn’t live without it.

It not only lets you move the moue cursor past the edge of the screen to control a different machine seamlessly (and you can set up several machines on all sides, great multi-mon support, etc), but you can also copy and paste across them, including everything from text and images to full files or folders.

It’s brilliant software. If you’re willing to pay for it (or get your company to pay for it), it is well worth it versus something like Win2VNC.
