Viva Las Vegas

Posted by

We did tons of short interviews on the Las Vegas CPS today (which were a lot of fun to do). I wasn't sure what to expect for the run, but the resulting style may turn out to be the norm when we do live events in the future. According to the comments I received via email and IM, listeners enjoyed themselves. Ponzi had to go shopping on the Las Vegas strip today, but I'm going to try to staple her to the co-host chair for tomorrow's show. If we can't have fun with this thing, then why do it? I'm going to investigate phone line solutions when we get back to Seattle, possibly going with VOIP to manage multiple (simultaneous) incoming calls. Can't wait to start answering your questions on the air again. We'll give the “traditional” radio shows a run for their money. See, we can work outside the classic format – not having to stop for commercials at pre-determined intervals. We don't have a copy of today's audio right now, but that'll be posted in two formats ASAP (Windows Media and MP3). I may have time to hit CES tomorrow afternoon, after the second live show and before a meeting with Muvee. Right now, I have to prep myself for a huge party at Caesar's Palace. What do you think I should wear?
