Though Verizon may not have the brightest bulbs illuminating their customer service centers, as you put, they do have the least annoying service overall plus without a doubt the best coverage. I'm picking up the new LG VX8000 tomorrow with all the new goodies onboard except Bluetooth. Btw, I told you Ponzi would love Seattle too. Miss you guys at Chili My Soul.
