"I’d need more fingers and toes to count up how many outrageous errors I’ve found on Wikipedia"

Well, right off the bat, we run into something that needs clarification before we can go any further. Just how high can you count on your fingers and toes?

I fail to see how any human efficiently using the gifts God gave him could possibly need more fingers and toes to count anything. I'd be ashamed to call myself a "geek" or a "hardware addict" if I weren't capable of counting at least up to 1,048,575 on my fingers and toes ..... aaah, well, 262,143 anyways. Damn lawnmower!!

[...] The segment has been youtubed already. I’ve publicized my own share of truthiness problems with Wikipedia (specifically, the Wikipedia page about me). This stunt wouldn’t be so funny if it weren’t true. Even Jimmy is telling people to avoid Wikipedia. Take a look at the Fundalini Pages in MAD Magazine - the truthiness is out there.
Isn't the premise of wikipedia that the masses will be right most of the time? While it's unfortunate that your entry has some innacuracies, I do believe this maxim. I've used wikipedia for quick reference to a lot of topics that have been properly corroborated with my own research. here's a good page that have a lively discussion and peer vetting process around it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crew_Exploration_Vehicle

I actually like that name, schlippr. I am going to take the .com name now and have it titled on my blog when I move hosting providers. Chris, you come up with some of the most off the wall random stuff, and it's totally awesome.
