The US Supreme Court has already ruled that ballot sampling is illegal, so is Democrat Rep. Rush Holt now trying to enact a law that has already been ruled illegal by the top court in the land? You would think that this moron and the co-sponsers would have something better to do then to intentionally try and violate the laws of this country by passing a bill that there is no need for and would be struck down as illegal before the ink was dry on the page. And sadly, the EFF has become nothing but a joke. They follow every hair-brained scheme out there no matter of they have a chance in hell of winning or even if it make a lick of sense, just to get some face time. I have received "beggings" from the EFF in my e-mail box warning me of end of the world happenings if i dont support stopping one thing or another, and yet when you look at what they are suggesting; it falls apart in a new yourk second. For instance, this Diebold Code they are trumpeting...care for anyone to please explain why when the US Department of Justice brought the supposed "cracker" of the code to them and showed him and machine and told him to crack it...that he could not do it? And he could not do it in the way he claimed he could or any other way. The code was shown to the experts to be the exact same code that this liar claimed he cracked. And the EFF believes him instead of their own experts. If you believe that this is somehow a major issue, I have got a bridge to sell you in neverland that I bought from Dorthy and the Queen of Hearts during a polo match that we had on Unicorns on the 12th of never.

what a farce and a waste of effort.
