I can't find any information on their Web site, but I just picked up a box of non-hydrogenated Triscuits! It's been well over five years since I was able to munch on one. Yeah, they're carby to the max – but I still loved 'em. Wouldn't even touch 'em since they had trans fats, Nabisco seems to be changing their tune? It's about time. I just popped one two fourteen.

I worked for Nabisco for 9 years. Those Triscuits used to be made in the Niagara Falls Shredded Wheat plant (Naperville, IL plant as well before it was sold off to POST). They are best right off the end of the oven line before they spray the oil on them.

Hmm… do you, like, tend to eat a lot of this food? A 10-ounce box a day, or more, or less…?
(Or is it more like some food “is evil” and shouldn't be in polite society at all?)

Chris, or anyone…..
Have you found a TransFat free coffee creamer yet? (The powder kind). Ya know… that has an at home shelf life of more than a week.
Currently using half & half (liquid) in a small carton, til I find a non TransFat powder. Heh, doesn't quite taste the same, but I figure one of these companies has to come to their senses and come out with a non TF coffemate/Creamora substitute soon.
On a sidenote: I was surprised to find that one of my favorite chips (Ruffles) is now TransFat free. At least according to the label. (has “TransFat 0″ entry in nutrition listing.)
