How's about...
Covent Garden for street theatre,
Some of the London Street Markets (Portobello Road etc.),
Grab a cruise on the Thames
Check out the British Museum - all public museums are FREE
Take a bus tour on a double decker,
Leicester Square is neat
Piccadilly Circus and the Troccadero (?)
Greenwich
Kew Gardens, Hyde park or one of the many parks
Oxford Street, Bond Street for shopping
... so much to see and do it will wear you out.. then take a look at the rest of the Country! ie North of London (ie north of Watford)!

There's more to the UK that just London!

Tourists only ever seem to think about London when they come over. Apart from the obvious tourist attractions there, it's just a big old city. The UK is more than just London!

There's beautiful English countryside to be seen further up North. Check out the Yorkshire Dales & The Lake District for instance.

If you like 'Indian' cuisine, you have to go to Bradford. :)

Head further up to the West coast of Scotland, too.

(Of course, this all depends on how long a persons trip over is!)
