Older consumer Windows versions are another issue since AFAIK their memory managers didn&#039;t write modified pages to the pagefile to enable fast reallocation automatically on the background, I actually used this on 98. But that machine had 64 MBs of RAM, when I upgraded to 128 MBs I stopped using this as useless. And there is autostart available.
