I know it's not exactly what you're looking for but Wakoopa (http://www.wakoopa.com) does a really good job at automatically tracking your software, how much you use it and what you think of it (and what other people think of it)
There's a really simple to install widget which shows on your site the top ten of your used software.
You should really check it out!

We actually made an app that does most of the stuff you mention: Wakoopa. It just tracks what you use on your mac and makes a profile out of that, kind of like last.fm for software. You can export data also, so I hope this helps your problem. Check it out at http://wakoopa.com Contact me if you need anything else.

You might get a bit on the way by going to your applications folder, apple-a (select all), goto Excel or a texteditor and paste. At least you've got a list of your apps there.
On the more social front you could give www.wakoopa.com a try (great app from Holland) or www.rescuetime.com (more of a productivity booster).

<!--%kramer-pre%-->‘em work inside Leopard (though the VNC utilities are now unnecessary). I did my best to avoid overly popular titles, but couldn’t avoid it in some cases. A rolling list of ‘Honorable Mentions’ follow the Top 100, so… keep reading. ;) Onlyone application is missing. I’m also happy to announce that both VMware and Shiny White Box are coming aboard as official video sponsors - but their presence in this list is based on app merit. It’s my hope to find exclusive coupons and pricing for any of the following<!--%kramer-post%-->
