The World's Tastiest Salad Dressing

I keep asking Ponzi to post her recipe for an amazing salad dressing she discovered, but it's always at the most inopportune time. She said she found it on some fireman's Web site - but made small improvements to the original measurements. It takes olive oil, some kind of fancy mustard, spices, and whatnot - but I couldn't tell you how much of what! I've always been a creamy kind of salad dressing kind of guy; I very much dislike vinagrette. This dressing has supplanted Ranch as my all-time favorite.
