The Well Is Dry
Guess what this is, kids? A Lockergnome weekend. That's right - and I'm fresh out of GnomeFAVORITE ideas. These are generally Web sites that are interesting or helpful - and I need help finding four more that I haven't already featured. They can't include any subdirectories, though. Meaning, I'd feature this.com, but not this.com/that/whatever.html. Good design is a must, too. Here's your chance to get a little bit of recognition and help 250,000 people at the same time. Heck, I might even feature your blog if it's interesting enough. It could happen.

Furo mentioned this blat.exe tool that allows you to send files from windows machine as email attachments.
A very cool tool. I just finished setting it up in our office to automate the sending of *.rtf reports.
***
Blat is a Public Domain Windows 95/NT console utility that sends the contents of a file in an e-mail message using the SMTP protocol. Blat is useful for creating scripts where mail has to be sent automatically (CGI, backups, etc.), or just as a quick way to send a file or message quickly from the command line. It will store relevant configuration details in the registry for ease of use. Optionally, blat can also attach multiple binary files to your message.

This doesn't meet your http://www.NAME.com rule but it is a very cool tool anyway.

Hi Chris!
I have a couple of sites I enjoy endlessly:
First it's Digital Blasphemy for unbelievably cool wallpaper by Ryan Bliss @ http://www.digitalblasphemy.com He has a membership gallery too. I think $25 per year and offers CDs of his wallpapers and posters as well. I LOVE his wallpapers and am a member of his site I feel it is every bit worth the price. He has a sort of blog that he does on his site (members only - I think), and offers many downloads of his wallpapers - only animated versions, movies, panoramic views, and screensavers too.
Then there is another wallpaper site: http://www.mikebonnell.com He also offers memberships and his wallpapers are of Nature, Digital renders, photos, and abstracts. He has many screensavers to offer to members and his per year cost is a little lower than DB. Can't think what it is though. No blog just pics. He does offer some customized mousepads, coffee cups, shirts too.

Drempels' desktops and screensavers - http://www.geisswerks.com/drempels/ -
is my suggestion. It uses fractal images that morph into one another (you can use your own images or you can use the ones that came with the download). The images morph into one another and emits a very psychadelic view; in short, your desktop background moves and the screen saver is fun to use too, if you wish. Everything is easily toggled on and off, and the images are beautiful : )
