		<description>One thing I wish our inspector had done was a &#039;black light&#039; search for water damage.  You may want to ask (if it is an older house) if he a similar capability.

		<description>Chris, keep the manual, you&#039;ll find many uses for it in the future.  It should also have a section about pricing for different contract work you may want in the future.  I had one completed when I built my home, it provided leverage to get things fixed that the builder felt didn&#039;t need to be done.</description>
