When you recommended gotoassist it seemed an ideal solution for helping friends and family. But, and it's a big BUT, before I could download the trial there was no clue as to the cost and at $69 A MONTH that is well beyond what I'd pay for that sort of capability. If I was in the business of sorting other people's systems then maybe, but with what XP and Vista offer in that respect I'm still not sure. Were you aware of those costs before you posted the clip? I know you get stuff for free to trial but unless I missed something that is an expensive solution to a very common issue. I wish you the best however cus I enjoy you work. Marc Hi Chris
