Back on June 25th of 2006, I blogged about my Top 50 Weight Loss Tips. I was able to lose thirty pounds, and have thus far kept it off. The biggest key is to completely change your lifestyle. This includes diet modification, adding proper exercises, and even getting the support from your family and friends.

If you have gotten an ok from your doctor that your weight isn’t due to a health issue… what have you got to lose by trying a diet and exercise plan? Nothing… other than that excess weight. If I can do it, you can too.
