I do have a lot of desk space, but it’s still not enough. I could always build up if I wanted to, by adding shelves. This would allow me to put things on, under and around the shelving. What type of shelves would I use? I’m glad you asked! The uBoard is not just any old shelf, sitting there doing nothing. It’s an amazing addition to my work space!

I am a USB addict, that’s a well-known fact. I have so many devices, I have to keep a handful of USB hubs on my desk at all times. I also happen to be a Star Wars fanatic, as well. What if I could mix the two together?! Well, I am now the very proud owner of a Darth Vader USB Hub from my friends at ThinkGeek!!!!

The coolest thing is the USB port. It gives you those four extra USB ports, yes. You can connect it via USB or AC Adapter, which is great if you don’t want to give up one of your machine’s USB ports. It’s nice to not only keep things organized, but also to keep things cleaner. I can slide the keyboard into the little slot with ease when I’m not using it. The most common way is to add a USB hub to your computer, which typically adds four or more USB ports in an external box.
You could also add a PCI expansion card, which adds USB ports to the back of the computer.
Finally, if your computer already doesn’t, you could utilize the USB ports on your motherboard, although you’ll need to buy a USB dongle which connects to the motherboard.
