What type of wine is your favorite? I prefer reds, absolutely. Give me a good glass of Pinot or Cabernet and I’m a happy camper. While in Hawaii last week, I tasted three different reds while at Sergio’s in Honolulu… the Pinot, the Cabernet and a nice Chianti. They were all definitely – red!

If you’ve never been to Sergio’s Honolulu, you’re definitely missing out. Located at the beautiful Hilton Hawaiian Village, Sergio’s has authentic Italian food. They have an amazing selection of wine, as well! I ate until I felt I would explode. Hey – I’m Italian, remember? The food was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, and the various wines were quite tasty.
