Face Recognition for Windows Login

This software is completely free – and 100% cool:

How does BananaScreen work? With a simple webcam, facial features are captured to build a statistical representation of the face. No picture is stored on your hard drive (or anywhere else) but only your face model (binary format).

Do I need a particular webcam? We successfully tested BananaScreen with most of the recent (<2 years) webcams. If you encounter a compatibility problem with a webcam, please post a message in this forum with a detailed description of the webcam. We will try to fix the problem as soon as possible and keep you aware.

What about privacy? No picture is stored on your hard drive nor transmitted on internet. Only your face model is locally stored. This model is based on some statistics of your facial features and is saved in a binary format which cannot be read by third parties.
