Just got this email from a random CEO:
ChipIn empowers individuals to connect with people in their social network to collect money for a personal cause, to purchase a gift, or for community fundraising. We think that we have an answer to the headaches that come with organizing a group to “chip in� on a something such as a present, dinner out, vacation rentals, wedding presents, etc. We are describing ourselves as a social ecommerce service and believe that positive change will result from enabling groups to harness the power of giving. That’s our mission.
